All support contracts include:
- Monthly Drupal updates to your site
- Emergency availability via phone (site is down, major feature has stopped working, etc)
Limited Support ($100/Month)
Support for sites where the end user does not require extensive assistance. This type of user typically enters and maintains the content of their site.
- Additional modifications and design to existing features, training, or content entry to the site
can be done at $100/hour - 48 hour turn-around time on security updates can be guaranteed for an additional $100/month

- Additional consultation on site modifications and design via phone/at our office can be done at $25/hour
Full Support ($500/Month)
This level of support is for more complex sites where additional Drupal expertise is needed to manage content.
- Security updates prioritized
- 48 hour turn-around time on security updates can be guaranteed for an additional $100/month
- Includes eight hours of “burn time” each month at $50/hour
- Additional modifications and design to existing features, training, or content entry to the site that surpass the burn time can be done at $100/hour
- General site consultation on site modifications and design via phone is included
Extended Support ($1,300/Month)
This is for clients who wish to keep us on retainer after their site is launched.
- Security updates prioritized
- 48 hour turn-around time on security updates can be guaranteed for an additional $100/month
- Includes 24 hours of “burn time” each month at $50/hour
- Additional modifications and design to existing features, training, or content entry to the site that surpass the burn time can be done at $100/hour
- General site consultation on site modifications and design via phone is included
Notes:
Hours of operation are 10am-7pm PST M-F and any work requested outside of this time will be done at double the burn rate.
Time spent planning new features will be rolled into the cost of the feature.
